Who can participate?
Crossfit can be adapted or scaled to all ages and ability levels. We scale intensity and load, we do not change programs. The needs of the Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. A baseline assessment of each potential members fitness level will be conducted first and workouts from this point will be scaled to that level.
What type of instruction is available?
Private (1 on 1 to 1 on 3), small group instruction is available by appointment. Theses sessions will focus on the finer points of technique development and can be appropriate for beginners and more advanced athletes alike. Larger group WOD classes (up to 10) will focus more on the basics of the major movements.
